HOW TO GET RID OF MORNING SICKNESS

Morning sickness comprises fatigue, headache, nausea and giddiness in most of the people. Especially, a pregnant woman faces morning sickness in the form of vomiting, weakness, dizziness, etc. An over sleep or under sleep may stood the reasons behind morning sickness. One may notice increased intensity of estrogen, reduction in blood sugar level, amplify in HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin), boost in the progesterone level, etc. Although morning sickness is common; sometimes, a late night awakening may become a reason for the morning sickness. A person, who keeps on predicting about their future, fails to take sufficient amount of sleep, which indirectly leads to morning laziness. It is a problem found with everyone especially a pregnant woman, weak person and today’s generation of teenagers. The lifestyle of today’s teenagers makes them awake whole night and sleep in early morning; this stood another factor to cause morning sickness. I know it becomes so hectic and inactive, to start the day with certain sicknesses. There are certain homemade remedies, to get rid of morning sickness problem. It depends on how often you follow this; do try this cost less remedies, to get relief from morning un-wellness for some extent.

Lemon juice  

Drink a mixture of lemon water; since, it works fabulously to solve the issue of morning sickness. A pregnant woman with morning illness must drink lemon juice, to get revitalized. It’s a great remedy to refresh the mood and to start the day. An additional comment: one can also get an easy flush of waste product.

Drink the normal water

As you wake up, it takes some time to come on the exact awakening stage; in certain condition one must drink the normal water; since it refresh the mood and make you perfectly awake. I follow this everyday and it seems really, working. I think it’s a great solution, to mend the morning sickness. After, a long gap the body gets dehydrated, which weakens the function of the organs; hence, drinking ample amount of water works greatly, to get refresh in the morning.

Drink fruit juice

One can also try fruit juice, reach your hand towards the freeze and enjoy drinking, a glass of fruit juice. Do not drink extreme cold juice; since, it may chunk your throat and could lead to sore throat problem. Do mark my point, getting up from the bed and adding extreme cold water must be avoided; it is harmful for the health. Drinking fresh juice is a great therapy, to get rejuvenate and to mend morning laziness issue. A pregnant woman must add this in their daily routine.

Add some snacks  

Keep some stack of snacks near your bed as you wake up have some; this will help to reduce the nausea effect. I think pregnancy is the stage, which brings nausea and dizziness in the form of morning sickness. I can’t actually suggest this, but I think one must try some snacks with lemon juice in the morning; this will help make up the morning sickness issue.

Peppermint juice

As we know that peppermint holds a soothing and cooling effect. I haven’t yet tried, but I have found most of the people using a peppermint mixture with water and lemon juice. It works fabulously to recover the condition of morning sickness. I would suggest a woman, who is pregnant to add this immense working juice, to get rid of nausea problem.

Ginger tea

I have found most of the people using a ginger tea to mend most of the viral infections. If, you drink this tea in the morning you will definitely get rid of morning sickness. It works like a tonic; I think a woman, who faces nausea or dizziness problem in the morning must practice this remedy.

Lemon tea

As like ginger lemon tea too found effective, to solve morning sickness issue. Lemon holds the refreshing effect, which mends the mood and rejuvenate the health. Drinking lemon juice and lemon tea, anyone would help you to get rid of morning laziness. I prefer drinking lemon tea in the morning not regularly, but thrice in a week; it really aids make my day.

Honey and apple cider vinegar

Try consuming the mixture of honey and apple cider vinegar. It’s an olden remedy found helpful, to treat not only morning sickness issue, but also several viral infections. Taking a simple sip of honey too works superb, to mend the nausea problem. A spoon of apple cider vinegar mixing simply in the water also found helpful for the pregnant women, to get rid of the morning sickness issue.

Herbal tea

You might have heard about herbal tea its nothing, but a mixture of beneficial and effective herb as like cinnamon, ginger, mint, black pepper, etc. It especially works to get rid of morning sickness such as dizziness, vomiting, nausea, etc. Mix some spoon of cinnamon powder, mint, black pepper in the water and keep for boiling. Place it down filter the mixture and use it as a soothing, tea. Note: – before the sip of this tea, drink a glass of normal water.

Warm milk

I know, drinking warm milk in the morning is not possible for everyone, but the fact is it enhances the energy level, of the body. If, not possible then add some chocolate powder and drink.

Have some sour candies

Well, I haven’t tried yet, but found most of the people having candies in the morning. I don’t know whether it works or not, but people believe that it changes the taste, of the mouth. I know for some people it might sound strange, but trying once will clear the concept.

Well, these are certain lists of homemade remedies, to get rid of morning sickness; try and see the effect, whether you get mended of morning laziness or not.
